What I remember

The battle went on day after day

The doctor said "there was no way"

I tryed to scream, no one could hear

I tryed to cry out with anger and fear

The bed so stiff! i couldent move around

As if I was burried six feet underground

I felt my mothers tear drops fall on my hand

as I laid there so lifeless, and felt so damned

I saw a light, and when it came near

I heard a gentel whisper flow into my ear 

"Its not your time" said a voice so shy

"wake up!" "its not your time to die"
