Like the Fire,
I consume the life,
A breath of fresh air,
Throughout might cleanse me of the deepest impurities,
Asking not for forgiveness,
But for the advice,
The strength to carry,
My weight in gold is a price worth paying,
Like the Fire,
I spit out a poison,
With every breath,
Taking the breath from you,
Harnessing the power within,
And ripping it away from your grasp,
A raping of your consciousness,
No remorse from me for I know not my sins,
Like the Fire,
I give and I take,
What I might destroy,
In essence restore,
And life might begin,
Anew again,
Whence the plans for the future,
Might be drawn upon the ashes of the past.
