To Child: Words of Advice

May it be or take’th thee to a place where we fear to tread,

And know not glee or misery when you place your fears to bed,

Joking words like carrion birds might pick at your remains,

Yet in this time not seek to rhyme enjoy the fruitful strains,

Momentary sedentary throughout the years deposit,

Familiar face might leave a trace after time erodes it,

And might be found with no great sound a place to lay your head,

And may’st you sleep never to weep whence you might be-wed,

A simple care brought in essence stare might bring about your days,

Broken path yet adhere no wrath when your choices keep your stays,

Be not alone or cast a stone and your tools for your life is forged,

Yet with one ring your heart might sing or be cut by greed when gorged,

I take not bliss in admitting this or confiding you this wisdom,

Though I swear that in it’s share life grants you a swell kingdon
