Dark and dank this place exists
Buried deep within every heart
I feel this pain building around me
Suffocating and drowning me in sorrow
Pressures surround me and my soul screams of a thousand deaths
A thousand dreams crushed
A thousand thoughts lost
All but one, the only thought

I am all alone in this world
Drifting slowly, I close my eyes to thundering skies
Blankets of clouds greedily sucking up air
A sudden wind tunnel in a already dreary night
Gasping for air
Reaching to tear away my hopes
Soft pillows hold my dreams tightly in place
As I wander my subconscious out of breath
Out of mind
All alone
I am all alone in this world
Hungry and swollen
I struggle to climb out of the dark abyss created by your hatred
By my love
My spirit lay broken
Shattered glass glittering against a harsh red moonlight
I crawl thru my broken soul dragging the chains you so eagerly attached to my heart
Bearing this weight of a thousand lies
A thousand hopes, a thousand dreams, wishes, beginnings...
Only this single ending
Thrown down at your feet
My chains are rusting at the touch of these falling stars
Or is that your tears trying to reach me?
I will never know?
