Missing Him

I do love him, this I know, but he's so far away,

how could I had possibly let him go.

I could write him a letter, though a phone call would be better.

But it's impossible to describe, how much I feel for him inside.

Through mail he tells me he loves me, and I feel so light and free,

and though I thinks it's strange, he seems to love me for me.

He always lets me know how much he cares,

even though he's not here and he is there.

He always gives me compliments, even when I don't expect them,

and whenever I'm depressed, it's my broken heart he mends.

I miss him while he's gone, just like he misses me,

and when we talk again, he's the only one I see.

It never really occurs to me how many miles he's away,

because when we get to talk to each other,

it's as if he's here with me to stay.

No matter how how much I confess my love for him,

to me it doesn't seem to be enough.

I want him here with me so badly,

because then things would seem so tough.

I'll tell him a million times that I love him and I wish he could be here,

and when I think how far he is away, I'll begin to shed my tears.

Although we can't ne together right now, I know we will one day.

Until that day arrives, for his continuous love I'll pray.
