Her Tears Continue To Fall

            When her friend see her -she flashes them a smile,

                    truth is she hasnt been happy for awhile.

                 After two years she ended up with heartbreak,

                      the pain she feels is all she can take.

                    She looks back on all the good memories,

             her eyes blur with tears making it hard for her to see.

           Her heart remains broken and her tears continue to fall,

                        it all ended in one simple phone call.

                     He promised her forever ~ she said okay,

                        forever didn't last long to her dismay.

                            She wonders if true love is real,

               if it is ~ its something she hopes she will one day feel.

                       Until then ~ she will remain heartbroken,

                    'I love you' seams to be a phrase - mispoken.

                             Until a guy makes her forget it all,

                                 her tears will continue to fall.
