Death Beckons You

Sorrow sweeps the eyes

of all people present,

as the light no longer shines

nor does the hope for life

After sitting in torment,

silently in the dark,

A distraught figure approches you

leaving you with a broken heart

Wondering alone,

no one's there

You scream to the heavens

but no one cares

Are you trapped,

in the spirits plain

Blood seeps through

the hole in your brain

You arrive home

it's black and cold,

Tears flow like a river

but there's no one to hold

           !SUDENLY!

You recognise 

your long gone,

Your body found on the alley way floor

Lifeless mortal, You are no more
