i stare into your eyes
but you look away
and i cant help but question
how long youre gonna stay
ive had lovers come and go
and leave with a smile on their face
ive been known to make a few
dissapear without a trace
but i feel you got a hold on me
a hold that wont go away
i dont know if its true love
so, all i can do is pray.
ill pray that you love me
and hope that you care.
because i seem to stay happy
as long as you are near.
so, hold me close and whisper
and ill pray our love will never die
i know that you love me, too
i can see it in your eyes
