The day has come where I've fully lost myself

Day in and day out I ask myself

The word hate is said to be one of the strongest in the world

I look in the mirror but I don't see me

I just see a shell

I tomb for a human who can't resist pleasing everyone

Blackend eyes that always seem to fade

A pale face that has lost all it's innocent grace

The days goes by like a flash of light

Yet I'm still years behind

I can't seem to leave the darkness behind

And start fresh in the light
