The day we met I had the oddest feeling I didn't know what it was So I just brushed it off After a while I found myself waiting Waiting for that phone call every day The one I always got from you Every night I went to bed happy Happy that I had talked to you Every morning I would wakeup And think of you The day you asked me out I was on cloud nine I couldn't stop thinking of you The time we spent together I was always so happy Then one day It was gone Everything The hand holding The cuddling The drives The times we spent Looking into each other's eyes The long good- byes Everything Just vanished Everything Except one thing The one thing that can't be taken from me That's my love for you It's here from now And forever
