My Poems
Sapphire Flames
Such a shining shimmering silver strings;
odd twists in your fine eyes
barely black beneath bright, bold blue;
between us there are no ties.
Trickling rivers, streams in the pass
look at me seeing in my looking glass
I'll roll around under the setting sun
with the moon high up, the night's begun
Close your eyes and open wide
No where to run, such places to hide!
But we cannot escape from the darkness inside
and by all the set rules we must not abide.
Crushed beneath a stormy sea
drowning in the air
Plummet off a sandy beach
you're buried in a chair.
Let your dreams run rampant
just like I try to do
you'll never know what's coming
or when it's coming for you
Colors are wild and so am I
You can be so, too.
They will tell you that you cannot fly
But how do you know that it's true?

| they will tell you that you cannot fly. i love that line. the color of the font doesnt got well with the poem. dark blue would of better. :] the poem was great. so catchy and well written. |
