He slips inside her world of dreams
Into a world where love is never as it seems
She longs to see him in the world above
So she can tell him of her everlasting love
But she cannot speak, for she is asleep
She can't say a word, not even a peep
It brings tears to her eyes when he is sad
For she knows that she has done something bad
It's impossible to tell when he cries
His shadow is blurry, and hides his eyes
But even through the thick and thin
She knows that he'll always love her once again
