Thirty minutes
The teacher drones on and on
About a totally useless topic
I watch the time tick slowly by
Twenty minutes
I doodle on my paper
And space out totally
I wish I could just drop out
Ten minutes
Time is almost up
I don’t have to suffer that much longer
When the bell rings I can finally go home
RING! The day is done
