a dream

a drop of rain falls, gently on my face

the scent of the flowers their lovely grace

I breathe in...I am all alone

up on this hill...so quiet and cold

i take in the silence

and for a moment i don't mind it

i lay down on the deep green grass

and i look up to the darkened sky

i begin thinking...about us...then i start to cry

but then you...

you come on by...

i don't know how you found me...but my tears i try to hide...

you kneel down beside me...

you hold me tight...

you tell me that everything is going to be alright

i pour my soul to you...

i give myself hoping that you'll be true

and the rain falls down...

it mixes with my tears

i look at your face...so gentle...so calm...

then in an instant all my pain is gone

you whisper i love you...and the rain slowly stops

its time to go now...i am needed at home...

but i will always remember this moment alone....with you...

I will remember your face...

i will remember your smile...

I'll remember that very first kiss...

i will remember how i wished we could awhile...

cause it was that single moment with you

I want you to know...this is from my heart...

I will love you forever even when we are apart

	That was simply beautiful. I could see you ending it w/ the line "but i will always remember this moment alone...with you..." as well. I liked the ending from there, but the strongest part (and the part I loved the most) was everything up to that line. It was just so calming and peaceful-such as the dream....You captured the gentle mists of a dream w/ your soft words. very well done!
