to see you again

i saw you just the other day,

oh yeah i saw you just yesterday...

i was with my dad...

you were all alone...

you were only about 10 feet away...

but when I looked at you...

you looked the other way.

I thought I was over you...

thought i let you go...

i told you i loved you...

but you were so cold.

You laughed at me...

just shrugged me off and hurt me 

How could you go...

never letting me know...

or ever notice the love that i am always showing to you?

without seeing you after awhile...

i forgot your face...

i forgot why i loved you...

but to see you again...

lighted back up that fire...

that i guess never died...

the fire that burns within me for you...

boy to see you again...

hurts me...

I keep running back to you...

thinking you might love me back...

but i guess we are not meant to be...

that thought just kills me.
