I wish I was good at poetry,
I could tell wonderous stories...
Stories of old friends,
Stories of poor washed-up war-veterans,
Stories of why the night is more soothing.
Oh the things I have seen...
the exploding snowflakes,
the deceased in gift-wrap,
and passions that could kill.
But I suck at poetry.
