Sleepless Nights

Sleepless night tossing and turning,

sweeting in fear,

scared of the dark and what you hear,

noises like screams and scrapes,

cold and dark,

your worst fears,

all alone,

no one to hold,

heart racing chiles down your spine,

holding in all the tears,

not wanting to make a sound worried they might hear,

screams getting louder and closer,

yelling and crying bouncing off the walls,

scared to open your eyes,

frightend by what u might see and find,

thinking why is this happening to me,

wondering and hoping it's all a dream,

you try to block it all out,

but as you try the louder it gets,

no escape no were to hide,

only to wait till the morning light,

only to start all over again,

dreding that the night won't come today....
