The Girl With Four Faces |
Mommy
Mommy will love me,
I'll look just like her.
She'll take me shopping,
To buy me fake fur.
Daddy will spoil me,
If he doesn't leave.
It's time now,
Mommy heaves.
Out pops my head,
My first look at the world.
The doctor says,
It's a girl.
Mommy smiles,
And holds me tight.
THe doctors take me,
To clean me up right.
Now I'm back,
In Mommy's arms.
She says something,
About a big farm.
I fall asleep,
And a doctor takes me.
I wake in the morning,
To see all I can see.
Then in comes a woman,
To take me away.
My mommy just gave me up,
She gave me away.
