I planted a little seed one day in June.
I took very good care of it that’s true.
And after a month my little seed started to bloom.
As the sun shone on my little flower it lifted all the gloom.
With the brightest purple petals I've ever seen.
And that little flower of mine I did preen.
Then one fateful day I woke to find my little flower marred.
So I buried it in my little flower graveyard.
