Masks

Good Morning me. who should I be today

I'll wear my "happy mask" and pretend that everything's okay

I'll wear my "preppy mask" and be like everyone else,

or I'll wear my "Emotional mask" and wear my heart on my sleeve

I'll wear my "nerdy mask" and sit and read books all day

or possibly my "band geek mask" playing the flute is what i love to do

I'll wear my "angry mask" everything sets me off,

or I'll wear my "calm mask" not ever a fly will bother me

With all of these masks, my life is a blur

Who should I be, I'm just not sure

i had to write this for a summer program...it was using the format of someone else's but alot of it is my own words
