Hollow deception looking into my own eyes

Echoing lies whisper from my thoughts

Submissive I become to my own self

Mocking smirk creeps upon her face

Eroding the very person i'm made to be

I cannot see myself past this veil of deceit

and how these lies pretty as lace speak to me

ell and flow it comforts me now

 Just as a double sided mirror has two sides

i'm striving to look past my reflection

break free from lies of perfection
