How can I wake up, knowing
you're not by my side anymore?
It seems so far away,
but I had you in my arms all day,
or should I say night?
A dream so peaceful,
I'll never forget.
You loved me again,
why did I wake up?
The alarm sounded loyal,
and I couldn't wake
just because I knew
that once again you'd be far away.
It seemed only yesterday
I lay in your arms all night.
I didn't dreamed,
for my dream had already
become the sweet reality I lived.
Now I lay in my bed
letting my tears run free,
just because you chose
to forget about me.
Even though, you left,
remember that always
my heart will cry for you,
waiting for the day
you will no longer be a dream...
