and a simple "forever".

I remember songs of love,

sweet kisses on the rain.

I remember your hand in mine,

while confronting the world.

I remember monkey impressions

so you could hear me laugh,

I remember, because forgetting

would feel like a mortal sin.

How could I forget

that with you I lived?
