The Definition of Mad Sex |
For You, I Give It All
Here I confess my unlawful truth, in all of its splender
I denounce my shroud and bare all to the world
For as a great lover once spoke, I lost to my lost words
I say now to you, I have found what they are
I speak to you in the rhyme of my heart
For I have no verbal word to say
Though I move your body and soul with my writings
I fear that I may never with my voice
Dreams of dismay, of my follys to you
Wake me at times, jared by self-horror
I worry I am too late to obtain what is not mine
To obtain an undeclared passion denied
Yes, denied, but not by you of course
But denied by my own fault
For as you once said, I am a Darkened Angel
And you wish no place in the dark land I reside
I admit I saw a vision upon the gaze into your eyes
A sight of plea, a plea to me to remove myself from my dark prison
And its that I deny myself the passion which we so hide
For what if...what if I cannot break of my shadow
But regardless of what if, and the affair to not revealed
I say to, I reveal what it is you so long wanted
You waited as long as you could for whats to be said
My fair Mona Lisa, my Kaylie, my Laura ... I love thee
And its with those sweet words, I lay myself to rest
My poetic heart to be consumed by the darkness
To hide again, waiting for one to pull it out
For you now have your prince...and you his queen he make someday
