The Monster.

i tell a story of a young girl

who has friends who love her

but she doesnt love herself

she tried to die and almost succesded

but something held her back

her story is still being written

but its only writing of heartache

she wares a mask to cover her wound

she means well but plays hard

no matter what she does she cant catch a break

she likes the rain because no one knows shes crying

she tries so much and pulls so hard to try to go on

but nothing goes her way and she thinks nothing ever will

she envies all but none envy her

shes wise and learns her lessons but when shes wrong

her world is torn apart by the monster whos close to her heart.
