My God

I watch as the sun rises and the sun sets and I know that it is by Your decree. The rain falls upon my face and I dance for joy in the beauty of it. The rain stops and colors are painted across the sky, only the hand of God could such wonders exist. My days are laid out before me, perfectly planned. Every step I take in You is purposed to get me to the treasure of heaven. What a journey it is - danger, battles, death, love, joy, beauty… Keep me, O Lord, in the palm of Your hand, because there I’ll be able to withstand anything. Reveal Your wonders to me, my God. You delight in me as I praise You! Help me to always praise You, for all things! Help me, my Lord, never to stop seeing the little wonders and miracles all around me - from the flowers blooming in Spring to the snow falling in the Winter, all is in Your control.
