I noticed something, in the structure of a wall

A faux stone mask that concealed only glue and styrofoam filling of an assumed solid building.

it seemed the whole thing would crumble- and it probably will, now that i have taken notice.

The world is in disarray

now that we have built our lives this way.

I noticed something about your face.

your lipo chin, and your botoxed eyes

Our understanding- labeled and put on a shelf

Our love- locked away, and priced- defined as liberal

Our fiction- torn apart, and quoted.

We are all crash test dummies driving in plastic cars.

hosting tupperware parties for latex people

murdering reality

lining our eyes and lips

and making sterile and durable our entire existence.
