You were the guy who bought me roses for my birthday
You were the guy that picked up the phone at 2am when I called just to talk
You were the one who listened to me who when I bitched about how other guy were ass to me
You were the guy who came to get me when I had to walk home alone
You were the guy who sat with me at lunch when no one else would
You were the guy who would stay home with me when I was sick
You were the guy who I would call when I was board
You were the guy who covered for me when I came home late
You were the guy I loved as no more then just a friend
You were the guy who would blow off a fancy dinner to come eat ice cream out of the tub with me
