The end is in sight
Today I wish
To awake to sound of
ambulance sirens blaring
bright lights flashing
Doctors running around me
see the sight of
Needles going into my
Child like skin
Blinding white lights
In my face
The hear a nurse say
Her vital signs look bleak
then have a doctor say
She isn't going to make it
Threw the night
Just so I can see
just who is here for me
When the end is in sight
Today I wish
