Most believe that they aren't but look at how powerful they can are when someone dies or soldires are killed or a terrorist attacks.
Emotions can bring a nation to power and they can also take it down.
Emotions aren't meant to be stuffed they are for expressing.
No matter who you are do not allow anyone to down your opinion or your feelings toward something.
No matter what remember that emotions are made by you not by others.
Remember that you are in control no matter what happens even if someone very close to you is killed you have the power to control your emotions.
So remember next time you are sad or mad or confused that you have the power to control what you do with that power from those emotions.
