what you became

that girl that's dark and sensitive and can not be saved
looks at you and what you became
and wounders what went wrong with you
she liked you for the things you were
when you crushed her it chowed her how much you had changed
she thinks of the past when you two were friends
and notices that today that all ends
she wishes there were some other way
she goes home, on her bed there she lays
thinking about the past and how she was the last
to notice your change
middle school changes people
it sure did change you
but i try not to judge by the things that you do
but the things that you did
you made me smile but you made me cry
you have made me laugh in the past, but you also said no
i guess this really is the end
while you smile and make jokes with your friends
i sit in the corner and cry trying to mend
the broken heart you gave me that day you changed
and i watch you from far away
and helping you every time you need help
ill never leave you hanging i will always be here for you
i hope you know that because i sure do
even though we are not friends anymore
i would still go to the earths core
just to see your smile
