Her eyes are sunken and dim, Her smile is nothing but grim. Her emotions are bottled up, She looks at the knife and thinks of the cut. She feels so much pain, She wonders if cutting makes her insane. Her mind spins as she slips back to her ways, One red slit for every bad day. An unnoticed tear, For her last bit of fear. She losens her grip, And feels the knife slip. The knife didn't hit, But how did it miss? Was her vision blurred, From her tears that were slurred? She picks up her knife, and puts it away, To save that cut for another day.

kelseyw68 wow, that was really good. yeah, i was hospitalized a few times for my cutting. i wasn't supposed to keep living, i was supposed to die when i cut too deep.. but this is very good and i have to give you credit for that.
