Tears streamed silently down my face,I was only ten.Not only did I lose what I loved,But I also lost my best friend,When I was only ten.I dreamed of her long flowing stride,On our late night rides.She gave me everything she had,I never thought I'd miss her this bad.I swore that I'd always be strong,That I would never make that promise again,But I was only ten.

cowgirl182 wow, i understand the pain of losin a horse, did ya have to sell 'er or put 'er down? we put down my g-pas mare last november...and that was hard to do. but each horse, even if we only met em for a year or less has a great impact on horse lovers/oweners lives right? I think each horse ive ever sat on, made me a better rider
