Screaming and Shouting

Days fade into other days

time never stands still

in that moment of all moments

everything changed.

when you could be what you wanted.

when you could speak your mind.

but then at that moment it was ALL gone!

You cant  look back

and

you cant change

it wont EVER be te same!

from your heart your reaching out

Its all bottled up and you cant let it out!

you can scream...

you can shout...

but you cant hide the truth

no one can hear you...

sinking down you try to catch your breath

but its to late

theres nothing left...

face that facts and take the pain

when will you relize its not a game?!

the race is nearly over

and you fall to your feet in defeat

now its over

cant you see?
