There were two men standing outside a 100 story building and they had to go up to the very top floor where they worked. They walked in and the lift was broken so they had to walk up 100 flights of stairs.

The first man said, "Since we have to walk up all these stairs, why don't we tell each other jokes and happy stories to cheer us up and pass the time?"

The other man agreed and they started to walk. As they got to the very top floor, the second man says, "Since all we've been doing is telling each other happy stories, can I tell a sad one now?"

"O.K then, go ahead" said the first man.

"I accidentally left the keys to our room in my car!"
