A female Midget walks into a doctors! She says to the doctor, "My fanny really hurts!"

The doctor starts snipping away with some scissors a couple minutes later he says "how does it feel now?"

The midget is estatic, "it feels great what ya do?"

 the doctor replys "i cut the tops of your wellington boots"
