Hot air ballon

there were 3 guys in a hot air ballon and one is chinese one is mexican and one is white and they said lets throw out whatever we have too much of in our  country so the chinese man threw out some rice the mexican man threw out some beans and the white man threw out the mexican man and said i have too many of you in my country
