the CIA, the FBI and the LAPD

the CIA the FBI and the LAPD are all having a compitition to see who can find a rabbit in the forest first and who uses the best techniqe 

the CIA goes in first and questions all the animals in the forest and nothing comes up and no one in the CIA can get information on a rabbit

the FBI decide to burn down sections of the forest and inspect the dead animal but still theres no rabbit to be found in the forest

Finally the LAPD runs in the forest and comes out about 10 minutes later with a beaten and batterd bear that is crying and yelling "OK OK OK IM A RABBIT IM A RABBIT!"
