The one legged bald man at a costum

A bald man with a peg on one leg got invited to a costume party.  Self conscience of both he writes to a fashion designer for ideas.  A couple of days later a package arrives and excitedly he opens it revealing a bandanna and a pirate suit.  A letter enclosed said "use the bandanna over your head and with the costume is perfect for your  peg."  Disappointed and annoyed he sends it back with a letter reminding of his self consciousness.  A week goes by and another package arrives and he tears it open a little less excitedly and discovers a monk's robe.  An enclosed letter explains "The robe will cover you peg nicely and incorporate with your bald head."  The man angry now, sends it back with a not so nice letter referring to the designers ability to listen to him.  Not a few days later a third package arrives and in it is a jar of caramel.  The enclosed letter explained, break the peg off. Shove it up your ass, dump the jar over your head and go a a caramel apple!"
