Flaggood and bad news

A guy who lives with his mother in law goes home only to find her on the ground. He calls 911 and after waiting in the waiting room for a while the doctor comes out.
"I have good news and I have bad news." says that doctor.
"Ok tell me the bad news first," replies the man.
"Alright well the bad news is that she will not die, but she suffered from a stroke and she may even live 20 - 30 healthy years left, but she has lost the ability to speak and also has lost all use of her arms, therefore she cannot feed herself. This means that you will have to feed her baby food 3 times a day for the rest of her life. Not only that but she will also need to wear a diaper, which you will have to change everyday for the rest of your life."
"OH MY GOD!" says the man, "so whats the good news?"
The doctor looks him straight in the eye and says "I'm just kidding with you, she died!
