lawyer deal w/ the devil

The devil went in to a lawyer's office and said,

"I want u to sell me ur soul."

the lawyer asked, "whats in it for me?"

the devil replied. "money, fame,power and respect."

The lawyer thought that was too good to be true and then thought out loud, "there must be a catch..."
