3 bears in a boat

There were 3 bears in a boat, in the middle of the ocean but only 2 giant life jackets. The first bear said, "I have 19 kids, i cant die" and jumped. The 2nd bear turned to the 3rd and said, "I have 12 kids to look after, i cant die." And the third bear said, "That's ok, the other bear didnt take anything with him at all."
