Wrap your mind around this one...

There were three people on a train. One was a high-priced lawyer, one was a low-priced lawyer, and the other was the Tooth Fairy. On the table in the train was a stack of money that didn't necessarily belong to any of them, but they didn't want to take it because they each didn't want to seem greedy. While the train went under a tunnel, the lights went out for a couple of seconds. When the lights came back on the money was gone. Who took it?
