Bad News, Worse News

A man goes to the doctor and the doctor comes out and says, "Sir, I have some bad news and some worse news"

The man is obviously shocked and says, "Um.. okay, what's the bad news?"

"Well you only have 24 hours to live"

The man taken aback is now wondering what in the world could be worse than dying in 24 hours. So he asks, "Well then what could be the worse news?"

The doctor than looks at the man and says, "I forgot to call and tell you yesterday."
