Who wants meatballs?

There's this rich heart surgeon who is having an affair with a foreign nurse.

One day they both find out that the nurse is pregnant.

The surgeon so afraid that his wife might find out tells the nurse to go back to her country and to wait until when the babies are born.then when they are born, to send him a postcard with spaghetti on the front.

The nurse does as she is told.

Nine months later,the  nurse sends the postcard.

When it gets to the surgeon's house the wife gets it first.

When the surgeon arrives home his wife asks him,"Honey, you recieved a postcard today from India,It had a picture of a bowl of spaghetti on the front."

The surgeon knew that his child had been born already, when his wife said,"It said,

                 Four new plates of spaghetti,two with meatballs and two     

                without!!"

At  that moment the doctor fainted!
