story 1
Tech support: "Okay Bob, let's press the control and escape keys at the same time. That brings up a task list in the middle of the screen. Now type the letter "P" to bring up the Program Manager."
Customer: I don't have a P.
Tech Support: On your keyboard, Bob.
Customer: What do you mean?
Tech support: "P"....on your keyboard, Bob.
Customer: I'M NOT GOING TO DO THAT!!

Story 2
A mother calls 911 very worried about her child:

Dispatcher: 911, what is your emergency?
Mother: I'm really worried, I don't know if I should take my kid to the emergency room, he was eating ants.
Dispatcher: Just give him some Benadryl, he should be fine.
Mother: Oh, I just gave him some ant killer...
Dispatcher: .....Rush him in to emergency!

A lady at work was seen putting a credit card into her floppy drive and pulling it out very quickly. When a coworker asked what she was doing, she said she was shopping on the internet and they kept asking for a credit card number, so she was using the "ATM thingy."
