FBI job opening

The FBI had a job opening..... after all the background checks were done and tests were done.
there was 3 people left, two men and one  women.
they took the first man handed him a gun and said " your wife is through this door , kill her. the man said "i cant kill my wife"  he took his wife and left.
they gave the same test to the next man and the same instructions but he couldnt do it either.
finnaly it was the womens turn she took the gun went into the room. shots were heard then screaming. she walked out and said " the gun was full of blanks so i had to use the chair and beat him to death...
