10,000 year-old tortoise

Am man was on the roadside with a basket of tortoises in front of him. H was shouting:'10,000 year-old tortoises for sale!'

A curious man walked up to him and asked,:'What is a 10,000 year-old tortoise?'

The man replied:'It is a tortoise which can live up to 10,000 years.'

The man was amazed so he bought one. However, the tortoise died the very next day. The man ran up to the tortoise seller and shouted at him:'You cheat! What kind of 10,000 year-old tortoise is this?!'

The seller said:' This is definitely a 10,000 year old tortoise! It died because it celebrated its 10,000th birthday today!'
