Driving v.s. Fishing

A man was driving down the highway behind a group of vehicles.  The man decided to stay with the crowed, even though they were going 10 mph over the speed limit.  All of a sudden the man sees flashing red and blue lights behind him.  The man moves over and when he sees that no one else is slowing down, he decides to stop.  When the cop came up to his window and asked for his licence and regristration, the man asks, "Officer, why did you pull me over?"

"Well," replies the cop, "you were going 10 mph over the speed limit."

"So was everyone else infront of me, why didn't you pull them over?"

"Let me ask you something sir, do you ever go fishing?"

"Yes," replies the man,

"Do you ever catch all the fish?" asks the cop.

"No," and the cop hands him the ticket and drives off.
