a man went to a doctors office and put a note on the table saying "I can't talk help me!" so then the doctor tells the man to put his thumb on the table so the man wondering what his thumb had to do with anything put his thumb on the table then the doctor hit it hard with his fist and the man yelled "AAAAAAAAAAAAA!" then the doctor said "good, come back tomorrow and we'll work on 'B' "
